As Overlord to the Leran, Kiirgatt watches helplessly as the Issgire unveil a fiendish new tactic exploiting a loophole in the rules of the war. Though he tries desperately to acquire proof of this new deceit, the uncanny intellect of the Issgire thwart the efforts of a god.
